Barre workouts are rooted in the movements found in ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The exercises are focused on small, controlled movements and repetition with an engaged core. No dance experience required here! The class includes work to strengthen arms, legs, abs and gluts. Besides increasing your strength, the class helps build flexibility, balance and core to support you in everything you do.
