Zumba Strength/Circuit

Zumba/Strength Circuit Express is a 30 minute circuit workout program that involves timed bouts of high energy aerobic activity inspired in Latin and International rhythms (Zumba® Fitness) and strength/endurance training in a  sequential manner. Designed to improve cardiorespiratory endurance and muscular strength to sculpt and tone the whole body. Get the maximum benefit of your workout by using the Circuit method, working your aerobic and anaerobic system in 30 minutes, resulting in great calorie burn!

Ages: 12 and older

When: Mondays &

Wednesdays

Time: 11:00-11:30 am
Cost: $3 per class with punch card or $5 for drop in
