Not only fun, dancing in adulthood brings benefits to body, mind and health, bringing joy and well-being! Through small, modified and dynamic resistance training, participants can prevent bone loss associated with age, give more strength and definition to the muscles, decrease body fat and improve mobility, posture, coordination and cognition.
