Circuit training helps to develop an individual’s strength and endurance through multiple exercises and using the whole body. These exercises are performed with little or no rest between each exercise. Circuit training is very time efficient and a great way to get a workout in a busy schedule. Circuit training is great for everyone; whether you’re an elite athlete, trying to lose weight or tone up, just starting to exercise, or just looking to break the monotony of your normal routine.
