Tai Chi

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Class Information:

Ages:      16 & up

When:     Mondays & Wednesdays

Time:      12:00-12:50pm

Dates:     October 2nd thru November 22nd

Class Limit:      15

Mats:      You can bring your own or one will be provided

Additional items you may wish to bring:  Bottle of water & a small towel

Cost:                  $3 per class with punch card or $5 drop in
