Tai Chi for Better Balance involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

When:     Mondays & Wednesdays

Time:      1:00-1:50pm

Class Limit:      15

Additional items you may wish to bring:  Bottle of water & a small towel

Cost:                  $3 per class with punch card or $5 drop in
