R.I.S.E. is a program desingned for Women where we explore and practice the art & science of yoga postures, rejuvenating breath techniques and creative movements that inspire, empower, nurture and nourish our body, mind and spirit. The one hour class is designed for all levels and is truly about cultivating your own practice, so any previous experience or knowledge of yoga is not necessary.
In this one hour class we will:
Release tension and stress from your body & min
Increase mobility, flexibility & balance
Strengthen your muscles & bones
Energize your body & breathe
Come prepared to be encouraged, have fun and learn healthy techniques that you can continue to cultivate on and off your mat in order to Rise and Shine into a more healthy abundant life!
Ages: 16 & up
When: Wednesday 9:30-10:30am
*Please arrive early to set-up your mat & props for class
Class Limit: 20
Mats: You can bring your own or one will be provided
Additional items you may wish to bring: Bottle of water & a small towel
Cost: $3 per class with punch card or $5 drop in
