Mommy (& Me) Bootcamp is a total body strength and conditioning fitness class for all levels. Classes use a variety of movement types, such as intervals, circuits, and kickboxing for a fun and effective cardio strength workout. The focus is on adults but kids are encouraged to come watch, play, or even participate with their mom. Moms are responsible for supervising their children and children need to stay in the gym during the class. Strollers are recommended for pre-walkers. Moms must be 6 weeks post-partum and have doctor’s approval to exercise.

Open to women of all life stages (kids are not a requirement to attend!)

Cost: $3 per class with punch card or $5 drop in
