Interested in renting our facility? Follow these easy steps:

  1. Review all of the information below closely

  2. Submit the RESERVATION REQUEST FORM online

  3. Wait to receive phone or email communication from a Valley Community Center staff member

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING RENTAL AVAILABILITY:

  1. Space availability is subject to change based on incoming requests.

  2. The Valley Community Center only books rentals 60 days prior to the date requested.

  3. The Valley Community Center is only available for rent on nights between 4:30 and 8:30pm and on weekends between 8am and 8:30pm.


The Basics

  • Rental requests will be taken on a space-available basis up to 60 days prior to the date requested.

  • No sales of goods or services allowed

  • No wedding or wedding reception rentals allowed

  • To maintain a family friendly environment, no alcoholic beverages or tobacco products are permitted on the Community Center property

  • All decorations must be free-standing or tabletop. Attachment to walls, windows, door, etc. is not permitted.

  • Paints, glues, adhesives, flammable liquids, or open flames are not permitted. (Birthday Candles lit on a cake are permitted)

  • Glitter and confetti decorations of any type is prohibited

  • Helium balloons are prohibited

    Audio/Visual Equipment

  • Rolling TV will be available upon request.

  • Microphone with Speaker system will be priced separately, and available upon request with additional fee.

Cancellations

  • Full refund up to 2 weeks prior to event. Within 2 weeks, 50% refund or full credit towards a future event.


SPACES AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL

Event Hall
$50 per hour per court

  • 16,000 square-foot Event Hall can accommodate groups from 200 – 1200

  • Catering of your choice is allowed with prior approval

Sports Courts

  • Two regulation-sized basketball courts which can be converted into four smaller “cross-courts”, up to four volleyball courts, and up to 6 pickleball courts

Banquet/Meeting Space (carpet squares provided)

  • Mandatory set-up/tear-down. Renter is responsible for putting down and picking up the carpet squares.
    Renter should plan for additional time/people to set-up and tear-down the carpet squares:
    15 people = 45 minutes to 1 hour
    6 people = 2.5 to 3 hours

  • Includes up to 125 black folding chairs

  • Any additional items such as tables, extra chairs, stage, podium, screen, projector, etc. must be supplied by the renter through a third party.

  • Microphone/sound system available upon request.

Conference Room

$40 per hour

  • Seating for up to 32 is provided in either theater or conference style

  • Audio/Visual are available. (Additional fees apply.)

Hideaway Meeting Room

$25 per hour

  • Space for up to 15 people

Maplenol Café:

$50 per hour
(Add Conference Room for larger space for an additional $25 per hour)

  • The café (general atrium) area is available on a limited basis outside of normal business hours

  • The area features a large fireplace with couch and chairs as well as 30 (3’ x 3’) square café tables with 88 chairs

  • Cafe service and kitchen access are not available to renters.

Children’s Play Area:

$50 flat fee with rental of the café only

  • The play area is designed for toddlers through age 8

  • It is available for private use with the rental of the Maplenol Café (Additional fees apply.)

Valley Pavilion:

$10 per hour with a 4-hour minimum rental

  • 2,100 square feet of covered gathering space

  • 14 picnic tables

Sports Fields:

$18 per hour (No Building Access)

  • Field rental available on a limited basis
